About Dark Knight Training
Dark Knight Training was born in silence, under the hum of a barbell hitting the floor at an hour when most of the city is still asleep. It is an independent editorial fitness blog written in the voice of an anonymous night vigilante — direct, disciplined, obsessed with preparation.
The mission is simple: help you build a body and a mind that will not fold under pressure — discipline, strength and consistency forged in darkness. No shortcuts. No supplements sold in secret. Just training, nutrition, recovery, equipment and mindset — filtered through years of trial, error, injury and stubborn return to the iron.
